Product Group: Non Weld Piping Systems

The Non Weld Press Fit System will save time and money. It allows you to construct, in a highly reliable and simple way, pipelines for variuos applications within the industrial, residential, commercial and shipbuilding fields. Tube sizes range from 15mm up to 108 mm diameter. 

The Pressfitting System is available in the following metal types:

• 316L Stainless Steel
• 90/10 Copper Nickel
• Galvansied Steel
• Copper

The Pressfitting System consists of the following components:

• Fittings
  bends, tee pieces, reducers, etc. 
• Tubes
  welded pipes or cold drawn tubes 
• Electrohydraulic pressing tools
  both Battery powered and 240V systems are available for purchase or hire

The system has been approved by many of the worlds classification societies, including, DNV, Lloyds and BV. 

 

The main advantages of the Pressfitting System are:

• simple and fast assembly, thus lower labour costs (highly skilled welders not required) 
• reliability of pipework in severe service conditions (military specified)
• elimination of workshop labour normally carried out with conventional systems (Can be built on site)
• corrosion resistance (No reported instances of Crevise Corrosion as metal is not heated)
• weight reduction (up to 40% lighter than Flanged systems) 
• no hot work, thus no fire hazard during installation (significant risk reduction)
